When you provide credit or payment card information, we secure the information with industry standard technologies, as more fully described below under “Payment Card Information.” Image/video information: We might receive and process images and video recordings of visitors attending live events or coming to our office/store/other premises for security and safety reasons. This involves the installation of closed-circuit television (CCTV) facilities within our premises. CCTV captures people’s images, cars’ details, and other identifying information. We can also take photographs or shoot videos at events for promotional or documentation purposes, which will be shared with business and/or event partners.

We may also automatically collect some information about the computers or devices (including mobile devices) you use to access the Services, and about how you use the Services, even if you use the Services without registering or logging in.

Location data: Our apps are able to gather information about the real-time location of your device, subject to your permission.

Previous URL visited: The web page’s last visited URL before you had visited our sites.

Mobile device IDs: Mobile device identifier (e.g. IDFA or other device identifiers on Apple devices such as the iPhone and iPad), if you access our Services on a mobile device, we can use mobile device IDs (the manufacturer-assigned unique identifier for a device), rather than cookies, to identify you.

We might do this to save your preferences and monitor how our applications are used. In contrast with cookies, device IDs cannot be removed. Device IDs can be used by ad companies to monitor your usage of our applications, monitor how many ads are displayed, measure ad performance and show ads more pertinent to you. Payment Card Information For any other purpose necessary for administering the Services, with your permission. For the purpose of using some parts of our Services, including conducting transactions, we may need your credit or debit card account number. You specifically agree to share your information with third-party payment processors, and other third-party service providers (including but not limited to those service providers who offer fraud detection services to us and other third parties) when you provide your credit or debit card account information by using our Services.

Applicants: If your information is submitted to us when applying for a position with our company, including as a delivery partner or in-store manpower, such  information will be used to consider your application.

We may retain your information for any period of time as may be required for administrative purposes.

This data could be disclosed with other corporations for the purpose of considering your candidacy for the specific job or other jobs available, background checks, and with third-party service providers hired by us in order to gather, store and analyze candidate applications for job openings. When your candidature is accepted or processed by us, we also collect, process and retain different other information required for administrative purposes, subject to this Privacy Policy. How we share the information we collect We collect personal information to enable us to offer you the services which you have chosen to be provided by using our platform and services.

General Information Disclosures

To our contractors, sellers, suppliers, advertisers/service providers who are generally obligated by contract to hold personal information confidential and use it solely for the purposes for which we make it available to them.

Taking part in these campaigns is on a voluntary basis, and customer information could be passed on to the brand to run such events, further subject to their terms and conditions and privacy policy.

Service Providers: We could share your details with third party service providers whom we employ for different purposes including sending you communications by way of emails, messages or tele-call to notify you regarding our products and Services which could be of your interest, push messages to your mobile phone on our behalf, rendering voice recognition services to process your voice queries and questions, assisting us in analyzing usage of our Services, and processing and receipt of payments. Certain of our Services and databases are hosted by third party hosting services providers. We will also use third party service providers for other projects, including undertaking temporary surveys, running sweepstakes or delivering services and business/commercial solutions on our behalf whether temporarily or on an ad hoc basis.  We may pass information about you to these service providers so that they can carry out their services.

Your Information Correspondence: When you create an account, you are agreeing to receive correspondence from other users of The Khatu Mart and The Khatu Mart. Deletion: To permanently delete your account, please utilize the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of each page (also here).

Once you have made the request for deletion of the data connected to your account, we will no longer be able to restore your account or any of its connected data to you.

Replicas and backups of your personal data might still be retained within our recovery backup storage in the event of contingencies, as well as for purposing enforcing our legal rights and fraud/risk prevention.

Do not share your user name, password, or other security details of your The Khatu Mart account with anyone.
